Julie Lopiccolo focuses on advising and advocating on behalf of individuals and business owners in the areas of Family Law, Civil Litigation, and Trust and Estate Law. Her professional philosophy is to seek to discover the best outcome for each client which she will work tirelessly to achieve. She believes trust and communication with her clients is essential to obtain optimal results and will aggressively pursue the best interests of her clients at every turn. Julie Lopiccolo is a lifelong Orange County resident and is active in the community. She is the Co-Founder and President of the Jasper Ray Foundation for Drowning Prevention and Child Safety and sits as Vice-Chair on Orange County Task Force on Drowning Prevention. Julie is dedicated to advancing women in business and is currently serving her third year as a Board Member of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Orange County Chapter.
Julie Lopiccolo received her Juris Doctor Degree from Whittier College School of Law where she graduated summa cum laude and sixth in her class. While at Whittier, she served as Executive Editor of the prestigious Law Review, was named the Outstanding Graduate in International and Comparative Law and received seven awards for top in her class. Her article, a thorough statutory analysis of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act, focusing on the protection of women and children, was published in 2009. Julie’s clients call her honest, professional, and responsive to their needs and frequently refer friends and family to seek her advice and counsel. Since joining the firm in 2013 she has litigated or successfully settled over 100 matters including breach of contract, trust disputes and custody and support issues.
