Julie Lopiccolo is both an experienced courtroom advocate and skilled collaborator. Knowing when to apply pressure or push for compromise is a natural ability of Julie’s. She continues to hone her skill through ongoing education on best practices in negotiation
Julie believes trust and communication with her clients is essential to obtain optimal results. She will aggressively pursue the best interests of her clients at every turn. Julie’s clients call her honest, professional, and responsive to their needs and frequently refer friends and family to seek her advice and counsel. Since joining the firm in 2013 she has litigated or successfully settled hundreds of matters including breach of contract, trust disputes and custody and support issues.
Julie Lopiccolo received her Juris Doctor Degree from Whittier College School of Law where she graduated summa cum laude. While at Whittier, she served as Executive Editor of the prestigious Law Review. She was also named the Outstanding Graduate in International and Comparative Law. Her graduate and undergraduate studies included overseas programs in Thailand and Spain where she studied advanced concepts in international politics and law.
Julie Lopiccolo is a lifelong Orange County resident and is an active philanthropist in the area of child safety. She is a sought out speaker and expert in water safety. Her recent testimony before a house committee in Sacramento helped lead to an important improvement of a key child injury prevention law. She is currently working with experts across the nation to develop a National Water Safety Action Plan.
